Now that’s what we call Chinese spring rolls with a Greek twist! The Mediterranean version of a tasteful finger food that always seems to please guests. Once you feel the Ariston Oregano olive oil, you will see the difference.


  • 14.1 oz peeled shrimps
  • 1 red and 1 green peppers
  • 3 fresh onions
  • 17.6 oz dill
  • 1 pack fyllo crust
  • Ariston oregano infused olive oil


  1. Clean the shrimps and discard the tail and head.
  2. Add into a bowl the peppers -diced, the fresh onions-diced and the dill. Mix together and add salt and pepper with Ariston Oregano olive oil.
  3. Open the fyllo crust, cut into 4 inch slices add the mix and roll.
  4. Put into the freezer for an hour.
  5. Remove and fry it in a lot of oil until it gets to a golden color.
  6. We served the dish with a nice sweet chilli sauce.
