So much more than just a salad, our own Caesars is bound to cast a spell upon you, once you taste it. Vivid colours and surprising tastes emerge in every bite only to seduce the most demanding connoisseurs.


  • 2 lettuces romene
  • ¼ parmesan cheese
  • 2 icebergs
  • 6 anchovies
  • 6 Breadsticks wholegrain
  • 6 fillets of bacon
  • 7.1 oz mayonnaise
  • Olive oil Ariston garlic


  1. Clean the lettuces and the icebergs and cut into medium pieces.
  2. Place on a plate.
  3. On a pan fry the bacon. Take 3 fillets and cut into small pieces and mix into the salad.
  4. Once the sauce is ready, pour to the salad and mix.
  5. To finish, spread in the wholegrain bread sticks, 3 fillets of anchovies in the salad and  flakes of parmesan cheese.

For the sauce

  1. In a blender add mayonnaise, 3 fillets of bacon, 3 fillet of anchovies, 15 ml Ariston garlic infused olive oil, one tablespoon parmesan cheese and 0,7 οz water.
  2. Mix.
